Regenerative Molecular Complex Cellular Metabolic Regulator

Revercell 2G

Clinical Study

The studies performed with REVERCELL 2G also show anti-oxidant, anti-thrombosis, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumour, anti-osteoporosis and anti-microbial (bacteria, virus, fungus) effects. In addition, its blood parameters were excellent, with a lesser risk of diabetic disorders.

1. Regenerative
From the evidence obtained in genetic and in vitro enzyme studies, it is observed that SIRT1/Sir2 deacetylase, an enzyme that promotes resistance to stress and ageing, and PI3K are the targets of REVERCELL 2G.
In the meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology held in February 2008, a study was presented on the cutaneous expression of SIRT1 in the epidermal keratinocytes of normal human skin, sirtuin being located in fibroblasts and keratinocytes, the same being suggested as new targets in the treatment of systemic cutaneous ageing.

2. Cardioprotective
It plays a cardioprotective role, similar to the one attributed to other phytochemicals, by neutralising sundry oxidants (free radicals) and experimentally reducing cholesterol and triglyceride levels (by inhibiting the oxidation of low-density lipoproteins). Thus, it limits one of the first steps in the formation of atherosclerosis. Studies with vascular endothelial cell cultures show that REVERCELL 2G stimulates  nitric oxide catalysing enzymes, which provides vasodilatation and helps to prevent cardiovascular problems.

3. Neuroprotective
Reduces the incidence of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Likewise, it can activate some of the neuronal enzymes (AMP-kinase) that are stimulated under caloric restriction, providing a neuroprotective effect.

4. Metabolic regulation
It stabilises oestrogen production, playing a major role during menopause and in the presence of endogenous oestrogen. Metabolism is the fundamental process that characterises life and that comprises all the chemical reactions that take place in a cell. Some metabolic reactions are related to protoplasma (anabolic) synthesis and others intervene in the disintegration thereof (catabolic). Metabolism comprises a series of functional processes, such as digestion, in which REVERCELL 2G intervenes through cell stimulation.

5. Anti-inflammatory
REVERCELL 2G is able to inhibit several anti-inflammatory enzymes, including cyclooxygenase and lipooxygenase. It also inhibits oedema and inflammation due to UVB radiation.

6. Chemopreventative
REVERCELL 2G has been proven effective in murine models with several human cancers, so that when it is added to cultured cells it is able to inhibit a large variety of cancer cell lines. In cell cultures, REVERCELL 2G induces the detention of the cell cycle, making it possible to a) gain time to repair the damaged DNA, b) induce the activation of the pathways that lead to apoptosis when the damage is irreversible in certain cancer cells, c) inhibit the proliferation of neoplastic cells. Thus, REVERCELL 2G would become a part of the group of components of the diet that can regulate the cell cycle and contribute to preventing cancer.
