ROSSI, H.; PARROT,B.
A study was conducted of 450 post-menopausal women between the ages of 45 and 55, who were administered the medication Cellorgane Multicomplex for Women for a period of six months. During the first three months of treatment, the injectable form of Cellorgane Multicomplex for Women was administered to them IM, and the next three months they were administered a dose of 2000 mg (4 tablets, 2 during the day and 2 at night). Oestrogen levels, in the form of estradiol, were measured by taking a blood sample every 30 days during treatment.

Results:
Of the total number of samples, 402 stayed within normal, stable and sustained levels of circulating estradiol.

Conclusions:
The administration of Cellorgane Multicomplex on an ongoing basis can maintain levels of circulating estradiol stable; therefore, it can be an alternative replacement therapy for patients who require hormone replacement therapy.
